Great question! A venue coordinator works for the venue. They will make sure your contracted services are provided.

As your wedding coordinator we also make sure your contracted services are provided. And we advocate for you in the event something is not provided.

We are your eyes and ears while you are busy enjoying your reception. Long after the venue coordinator’s duties are done, we are still there for you.

We are there from before the wedding starts to make sure your vendors are setting up and we’ll be there when they are breaking down their equipment.

FAQ: What is full wedding planning?

Full wedding planning is for you if you want us to take the entire planning off your hands. From when you say "yes" to when you say "I Do" we'll take care of all the details. We'll do all of the leg work for you.

We'll research your venues, vendors, and present you with options. We will create a decor plan for you to approve. And on your wedding day we will be on site to produce and orchestrate every aspect of the timeline.
